Noooooo!
The world must be against me this week. As not one, not two but four of my anime shows have ended in quick succession. Why did that have to go and happen! I was enjoying them shows too and now they’ve ended in a harsh and violent way (ok, not really but dammit my shows!).
Claymore ended with an annoying open ended after a big fight between Clare and Priscilla and then just sorta ended. Now I have to wait for the next damn seasion to start.
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann ended with all the ends tied up but it was a crap ending as Nia (the main “Save the love of my life” girl) is … errm … well deleted leading to a basicaly pointless trip but the earth was saved but then Simon give up his role in life to wander about. So thats never going to get another season.
Shijo Saikyo no Deshi Kenichi ended with a big fight between Kenichi and his old friend then the series after the fight had ended also ended. No ends really tied up so a chance of another series but I don’t know.
Nagasarete Airantou ended as well with the open ending of hope as the series really just went over well trodden “love harem comedy” ground. But I liked it.
Four, damn it FOUR shows all ended at once. They where all I had at the monument too. Nothing else really going out at the moment, don’t want to watch Lucky Star. The most I can hope for is a anime version of Yotsubato.
All thats on is “Blue Drop” and I’m not up for another space anime, “Hitman Reborn” which is just crap, yet ANOTHER Gundam series. The only thing that looks of any good if possibly “You Are Under Arrest”. I did watch the old series so I might give the new one a go.
Need to watch something. Or I’ll have to watch “normal” telly.

I think this reaction shows you haven’t lost as much faith in Anime as you thought you had!
I know, I’m a complete hypocrite.
There still isn’t anything good coming out at any point soon.
Nah, not hypocrisy at all, if your faves have ended, all the more reason to take that break, and read Western comics with normal-eyed girls and women
