Loading ...To Tech, Or Not To Tech?

Just been reading khenry blog which today is about MP3’s and techy thingys. Marks blog is normally about gadgets and in general the blogs seem all tech like in some way. Be it full on computers or gadgets (not just the cool ones but mp3 and stuff too).
Which has led me to the question of my own feeble blogs content.
Should I do more tech stuff and therefore “fit in”?
I’m not normally one for following the masses (which is why I have no mobile, don’t drink and don’t have an iPod) but I currently feel like the guy in a jester hat at a suit and tie reception. Just slightly out of place in the universe like a celestial teapot or quantum toast.
It might just be that I’m having a slightly odd day (found out a guy I’ve know for 9 or so year has asperger syndrome and now I feel the colossal ass for having a go at him, I don’t know why. He’s a person not a condition but now knowing has screwed me up. But more on this at a different time. Also my keyboard seem to be letting go.) and I’ve more than likely had too much sugar and the loss of my beard has done something to me. So I feel a little out of place.
Might just be my chi is off balance but every seems a little out of odds this week. My father seem different, my room don’t seem right and the cats gone weird but … wait … I did have a point. I seem to have rattled off into the detailed view of the state of my emotions. Oh well, any shrinks please comment.
Anyway, my blog isn’t about anything but the other fine people of the blog pages seem to have a specific purpose for their blogs. Combatus dose tech and pc, same with khenry (whom I still expect in some way to look like Henry Rollins. Then theres my late night ramblings, anime, zombie, bitching and moaning blog slapped in the middle.
Maybe I’ve been up too long. Ah well. Bed.

Sorry to hear about your mate but to be honest, yours wouldn’t have been the first rant he received without awareness of his condition if he’s the same age as you. Apologise but don’t beat yourself up.
It’s your blog but IMO, keep it as it is, graphic novels and anime are something I’ve meant to keep up with but have to make extra time for over and above books, I haven’t even sat down and watched any of the pre-Disney Studio Ghibli content and that was the last time there was major cinematic attention given to anime on a global scale. Eventually caught up with Spririted Away on the telly, dubbed, but enjoyed the animation.
I think if we talked about nothing but tech the whole time we’d bore ourselves to death (hence my Christmas and ISP ranting), and you have talked about big games as they’ve appeared and your router woes, so the balance is about right. If you’re not writing a Plog I’d say anything goes, discussion wise.

Well said that man! If it’s all tech then it will get boring so it’s nice to have other things here too. I think it’s good we have a mix of things so there’s something for everyone as not everyone is interested in the SLI or motherboard dribble I keep spouting, especially with blogs involving boobs…Adam!!!
