Yay rich people and their silly ideas.
Seems a bunch of rich folks want to build a city in the sea with “with diverse social, political, and legal systems”.
Not sure if allot of people have heard of Andrew Ryan from Bioshock. Tried the same thing and ended up at the bottom of the sea with a bunch of overpowered super people and creepy little girls.
Okay, so they don’t want to build on the floor. They want a “floating” city. Still it’s a bloody silly idea but it dose lead up to a possibility of something I’ve wanted for a while.
