I have, many times slated achievement whores & stat whores.
The sort of people who play games for gamer tag points on the 360 or people who play to unlock stuff like in Team Fortress 2.
For a few weeks since the achievements came out these where HUNDREDS of medics in a game. Making life a bit difficult as they just whored and wanted to get an uber bonesaw then they left after getting it.
And, sadly I’ve joined their ranks.
Yep. I’m a whore for Tf2.
I spent a few hours working to unlock new stuff and so far have 3 achievements left to get. Even after my new stuff I feel dirty.
For shame. SHAME!

Like i said before i still dont really play the medic, once in a blue moon. I am a great lover of demo (a couple of stickys here and there, and watch the pieces fly), pyro (nothing better than watching them burn and run, solider (its all about shoving a rocket where it doesnt belong)
My fav 3 classes, dont think it will ever change.
There are going to be just as many people looking at the need to unlock features of a game they paid for seven months ago who will head in the opposite direction, TF2 was ridiculously hard for beginners before these last two updates, now I fear it might be too late to catch up.
Still, it’s a good benchmarking game and I have a new build, so I might go back to it later…
