Over the past few months I’ve been watching Code Geass. I love Code Geass since the first season. It was a bit like Death Note (in the idea of suspense) on what it did to me so the R2 season was a must.
So, the series has been plodding along. Lelouch has been attempting to overthrow the empire while attempting to still be a semi-normal (if slightly insane) school snob person. Which is all very lovely, I have no problem with it.
My problem is with Kallen Stadtfeld. Kallen pilot a knigmare frame (big robot) and was the ace of the Black Knights (Lelouch personal army of sort). Few weeks back now she was capture by the empire and has since been sitting in a fancy glass tube of a prison. Then left and not herd of since.
Pardon? You’ve leaving a main character along why? What the hells going on with that. Kallen had a good story going for her then she gets chucked in prison and nothing heard from her again. Lelouch not even uttered a word about getting her back!
This sort of thing annoys the hell out of me. Where a plot point is introduced then just sort of left to rot for a while leaving everything else to get on with it.
Just had to moan about that.
