as a youn pc builder i am deciding to build a second pc but on a budget,i havent worked it out yet or a theme for it,any suggestion and possibly recomend parts that are affordable i just had a bit of inspiration as you can see from the comments below for the ww2 german tiger tank,i shall take this in consideration and also generate somne ideas all suggestions welcome but sensible...

If you want to monitor your own power consumption then Maplin has a simple voltage meter on offer until the end of September (Part no. N67FU) . It could be the best eight pounds you ever spent. 4 hours work! This is a message for anyone who installs ZoneAlarm on Vista, make sure you allow access to Windows Modules Installer BEFORE you attempt to update your Computer. I tried every fix known to man but nothing worked apart from deleting SoftwareDistribution in C:/Windows and then restarting the Update Service and then.. ZoneAlarm informed me to allow access. To which I said yes. I downloaded .bat registry fixes, .dll...
