4 hours work! This is a message for anyone who installs ZoneAlarm on Vista, make sure you allow access to Windows Modules Installer BEFORE you attempt to update your Computer. I tried every fix known to man but nothing worked apart from deleting SoftwareDistribution in C:/Windows and then restarting the Update Service and then.. ZoneAlarm informed me to allow access.
