We take a look inside HP's Voodoo PC-inspired gaming rig, and see if it's as good as it looks
We've admired Voodoo PC's machines ever since Custom PC first began - a review of one of its Athlon 64 FX-51 based PCs appeared in Issue 2 alongisde the launch of the Athlon 64. Needless to say, when HP bought the firm in September 2006 in order to build better gaming PCs, we eagerly awaited the result. The Blackbird 002 LC is the first machine to come from the union of these two firms; below, we take a look around the massive machine.

Its not bad, Its very neat, its tidy, and the hot swappable hard drive technique is very handy too.... however being rotated, i would think airflow might be a little issue.... Its watercooled, but what about the general heat inside the case that naturally builds up? will ther be a quiet yet suffice 1 or 2 fans to output the heat? It also mentions a stand that can handle around 270kgs... so i could sit on it and it wouldnt break............? 2700 quid is a lot, but i suppose you get a lot more for your bargain, especially with sli/crossfire together :)
Is it just me or does that case have a certain ammount of 'cosmos 1000' about it?
